1. Our Commitment

Repair Hub is committed to providing a fair, inclusive, and respectful platform for all users — customers and service professionals alike. We believe every person deserves equal access to quality home services, regardless of their background or identity.

2. Protected Characteristics

We prohibit discrimination based on race, colour, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, age, disability, marital status, family status, or any other characteristic protected under Singapore law, including the Maintenance of Religious Harmony Act and the Employment Act.

3. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on our platform: (a) Refusing to provide or accept services based on any protected characteristic. (b) Offering inferior service quality or pricing based on a person's identity. (c) Making derogatory, offensive, or discriminatory remarks in messages, reviews, or profiles. (d) Cancelling bookings for discriminatory reasons. (e) Posting content that promotes hatred or discrimination against any group.

4. Responsibilities of Service Professionals

All service professionals on Repair Hub must serve all customers equally and professionally. Vendors must not refuse bookings, provide lower-quality service, or charge different rates based on any protected characteristic. Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal from the platform.

5. Responsibilities of Customers

Customers must treat service professionals with dignity and respect. Discriminatory behaviour, harassment, or abuse directed at any professional will result in account suspension. Customers must not request that a professional be excluded based on protected characteristics.

6. Reporting Discrimination

If you experience or witness discrimination on our platform, please report it immediately via our support channels. You can contact us at support@repairhubsg.com or use the in-app report feature. All reports are treated confidentially and investigated promptly.

7. Investigation & Enforcement

Upon receiving a report, Repair Hub will conduct a fair and thorough investigation. Depending on the severity of the violation, consequences may include a formal warning, temporary suspension, permanent account termination, and/or referral to relevant authorities where applicable under Singapore law.

8. Accessibility

We are committed to making our platform accessible to users with disabilities. If you require accommodations or have accessibility-related concerns, please contact our support team and we will do our best to assist you.

9. Continuous Improvement

We regularly review and update our policies, training materials, and platform features to strengthen our commitment to non-discrimination and inclusion. We welcome feedback from our community on how we can do better.
